Profile

Ken Paterson Architects is a medium-sized, multi-disciplined architectural practice, based in Perth, Western Australia.

Services

We provide an extensive range of architectural and project management services, drawing on the vast experience of our senior personnel.  Our focus is on large retail and commercial projects, however KPA also deals with aged care and retirement projects, multi-residential, urban, industrial and entertainment.

Clients

No matter what a client’s objectives are, we pride ourselves on providing unequalled, personalised service resulting in quality architecture.  We work closely with our clients from commencement to completion, making their goals a priority and maximising communication.  A suitable package of services is tailored to the needs of each client and their project.

Education

As architecture constantly evolves over time, architects must respond with on-going education.  Ken Paterson Architects is involved with national and international study tours, seminars and training courses, covering all aspects of the profession.

The KPA team strives to make each project reach its maximum potential, resulting in innovative project solutions that are practical, timely and cost-efficient.

Green Star Accredited Professionals

With a rising demand for environmentally sustainable building design it is becoming increasingly important to embrace ecological building principles.  Achieving a Green Star Rating is an excellent way of making a contribution to a sustainable built environment, while providing the benefits of increased marketability, potentially improving running and maintenance costs and creating better indoor conditions.

Ken Paterson Architects is proud to offer the architectural services of our Green Star Accredited Professionals.  We would be happy to discuss the possibilities utilising the Green Star Rating Tools on your next project.
