Through close consultation with the Shire of Broome and client Primewest Management the Development Application for extensions to Broome Boulevard were approved through a unanimous Council decision within 23 days of lodging on the 22nd of December 2005.

 

Through the experience of the KPA Architects and Project Managers working closely together with the Shire of Broomes Planning Department, consultants and all associated stakeholders the Development Application was approved in less than a month. This significant development includes a new Discount Department Store (3500sqm), new Specialty Shops (2500sqm) along with an extended mall, carparking and landscaping.
