On Saturday 2nd July 2005 at the Master Builders Association Excellence in Construction Awards 2005 the new Woolworths Supermarket at Melville was adjudged winner of Division 4 Category $5 -10m.Built on the site of the former Willagee Hotel by Perth Building Company the project was completed approx 8 weeks ahead of schedule. KPA were pleased to have been commissioned by Woolworths to undertake this project and would like to congratulate Perth Building Company for the award.
